TACAA's new Executive Director

The Board of Directors of the Texas Association of Community Action Agencies has announced the hiring of Victoria Lippman as its new executive director. Lippman has spent nearly two decades working in the nonprofit sector and county public health. Lippman is a native Texan and has a bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in public affairs from the UT LBJ School of Public Affairs. She is passionate about improving the lives of Texans living in poverty and creating equity for all. Ms. Lippman fills the position previously held by Stella Rodriguez for nearly 30 years. After many years of dedicated service, Ms. Rodriguez will enjoy a much deserved retirement spending time with her family and doing some traveling.
