Community Action Responds to Hurricane Harvey

Thousands of Texans have been affected by this disaster – having homes demolished or heavily damaged from the high winds during the initial landfall, and many more communities flooded with the ongoing rain that followed. The network of Community Action Agencies stands ready to respond. The national Community Action Partnership’s Network for Good website accepted donations through October 31, 2017, to be used by local Community Action Agencies in Texas, Louisiana, Florida, and Puerto Rico.
