Brazos Valley Community Action Programs has a contract to supply HVAC, Basic Construction & Weatherization Services for multiple programs. A pre-bid conference will be held on January 31, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. (CST) at the Brazos Valley Council of Governments Washington Room #119, located at 3991 East 29th Street, in Bryan, Texas, 77802. Strategic Planning Consultant

El Paso Community Action Program Project Bravo, Inc. is accepting proposals from vendors who are experienced in providing Strategic Planning Consultative Services. The Request for Proposal packet is available from January 20, 2020 to February 17, 2020. The deadline to submit a response is February 18, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. (MST). If you are interested in a packet, please submit a Letter of Interest including the designated contact information for your organization via email to Mona Manglona, Chief Program Officer.

Public Policy Consultant

The Texas Association of Community Action Agencies (TACAA) is soliciting proposals for a Public Policy Consultant. Proposal packets are available December 13, 2019 through January 3, 2020. Interested parties should contact Bobby Deike at bdeike@ccsct.org for a proposal packet. The deadline for questions regarding the proposal packet is January 3, 2020. The deadline to submit a proposal is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 10, 2020, via e-mail to bdeike@ccsct.org. Only complete proposals will be accepted. All complete proposals will be scored by a sub-committee of the TACAA Legislative Committee. The final decision regarding this process will be made at the TACAA Board of Directors meeting scheduled for February 13-14, 2020.

Process Training on CEAP and/or CSBG

Galveston County Community Action Council (Galveston, TX) is currently accepting proposal solicitation for experienced Trainers and/or Community Action Specialized Consultants to conduct training for front line staff. Inquiries and questions should be directed to Robin Ellis-Henry at 409-762-8418 no later than December 2, 2019 by 5:00 p.m. Central Time. Sealed bid proposals should be mailed or delivered to: Galveston County Community Action, 4700 Broadway Suite C-100, Galveston, TX, 77551, no later than December 13, 2019 by 5:00 p.m. Central Time in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Sealed Bid, Do Not Open”.

Materials and Labor

Nueces County Community Action Agency (Corpus Christi, TX) has made changes to its to it’s Material and Labor Price List updated in this posting. NCCAA is soliciting proposals from General Contractors to provide energy efficiency measures and minor home repairs in Nueces County. A proposal package may be requested via email from Robert Mendez or at NCCAA located on 101 S.P.I.D., Corpus Christ, TX 78405. All proposals must be received no later than 10:00 a.m., Friday Oct. 11, 2019.

Certified Quality Control Inspector (QCI)

Community Council of South Central Texas, Inc.
