Our Programs

Weatherization Program

TACAA operates utility-funded weatherization programs in Texas that supplement the federal Department of Energy and Health and Human Services weatherization efforts.

Training and Technical Assistance

TACAA provides training and technical assistance, including an annual conference and Results Oriented and Management Accountability (ROMA) trainings to Community Action Agencies and other Community Service Block Grant recipients in Texas.
